If you are registering on behalf of a brand, design house, or agency, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use our services.

Mydream Runway is an international fashion-week and runway platform providing:

• Fashion Weeks: Mydream New York Fashion Week, Riwaayat Fashion Week, and international events
• Designer Showcases: Runway presentations for emerging and established designers
• Casting Services: Model and talent casting for runway shows
• Franchise Opportunities: Licensed fashion week events in cities worldwide
• Media Coverage: Live streaming and broadcast through MydreamTVUSA
• Sponsorship Platforms: Brand partnership opportunities

Event availability, locations, and programming may vary. We reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any event at any time.

Ticket purchases are subject to the following terms:

• Tickets grant admission to specified events and seating areas only
• Tickets are generally non-refundable and non-transferable
• Photography and recording policies vary by event
• Mydream Runway reserves the right to refuse admission
• Event schedules and programming are subject to change
• Dress code requirements may apply to certain events

By participating in Mydream Runway events (as a designer, model, or attendee), you grant Mydream Runway:

• The right to photograph, film, and record your participation
• A worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content for promotional purposes
• The right to broadcast content through MydreamTVUSA and partner platforms
• The right to use images in marketing, social media, and press materials
• The right to sublicense content to media partners and sponsors

Designers retain ownership of their collections but grant Mydream Runway the right to photograph and promote runway presentations.

All intellectual property associated with Mydream Runway belongs to MyDream Global or its licensors:

• Mydream Runway name, logo, and branding
• Event names including Mydream New York Fashion Week, Riwaayat Fashion Week
• Website design, interface, and content
• Event photography and videography
• Production materials and stage designs
• Marketing materials and promotional content

Unauthorized use of any intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Mydream Runway is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items at events
• We are not responsible for injuries at events except as required by law
• Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid by you
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for third-party vendor or sponsor actions

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of certain warranties or damages, so some limitations may not apply to you.

We may terminate or suspend your access or participation:

• For violation of these Terms of Service
• For unprofessional conduct at events
• For non-payment of registration or participation fees
• For misrepresentation in registration or casting
• For violation of event rules and guidelines
• For any reason at our sole discretion with notice

Upon termination, your registration may be cancelled and fees forfeited. You remain liable for any outstanding amounts owed.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your participation in Mydream Runway shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation between parties
• Binding arbitration if negotiation fails
• Courts of competent jurisdiction for injunctive relief

You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against Mydream Runway or MyDream Global.
